I began teaching naked yoga in 2017. I started out hosting mixed gender classes, which have grown to become highly-reputable and regularly-sold out events. In 2018, I then launched my highly-revered FEMPOWERMENT immersions, a women’s empowerment workshop that continues to liberate women all around the country. At the beginning of 2020, I decided to expand and launch ‘Online Naked Yoga with Jessa’ so that you can now practice naked yoga with me from anywhere in the world!
Classes are beginner-friendly and are built upon pillars of diversity, inclusivity, safety and respect. So whether you’re a first time nudie, first time yogi, seasoned nudie or seasoned yogi, my classes are here to support you in leading a more liberated and empowered life.

I am an adventurous spirit that embraces spontaneity with open arms. Fused with an inquisitive mind, this potent combination has lead me to embark on some of my most treasured adventures and has allowed for me to meet people from all walks of life and some of my most valued teachers.
I am wild at heart and thirst for new experiences and encounters that have the capability of broadening my perspective. I’m a free thinker and a wandering soul, seeking out truth over falsities. Distinguishing between the real and unreal. I live passionately and I love passionately. I don’t do things half-assed. I think big. I am one of the ‘crazy’ ones.
